Built around your builds.
Priced for your shop.
Keep vehicles, technicians, bays, and parts readiness in one upfitter workflow. Our planned Standard plan puts your whole team on the schedule for $149 per shop, per month.
Compare the costPreview our launch pricing. UpfitVault is currently a sample-data prototype. Paid plans are not available yet; demo changes reset on refresh and shop privacy is simulated.
See where your money goes.
Compare our planned Standard price with published monthly entry plans. These products have different feature sets; this is a subscription-cost comparison, not a claim of feature-for-feature equivalence.

Keep more of your software budget.
At $149/month, planned UpfitVault Standard is $600 less per year than Tekmetric Start and $1,560 less per year than Shopmonkey Basic with five users. Even against Shopmonkey’s three-user base price of $239, the difference is $1,080 per year.
Shop Boss Gold also lists a $199 monthly entry price—a $600 annual difference before any extras. View Shop Boss pricing.
Before you choose
Can I subscribe today?
Not yet. This page previews intended pricing. The public site is a sample-data demo. Invited pilot shops have a separate login for saved builds, scheduling, and team access. Paid subscriptions and the remaining demo modules are not yet available.
Does the lower price mean identical features?
No. Competitors include different repair, financial, communication, and integration tools. UpfitVault’s planned Standard plan focuses on the scheduling and build-tracking needs of upfitters. Evaluate the workflows your shop actually needs.
Are expanded features included in Standard?
Only the capabilities listed under Standard are part of that planned package. Expanded inventory, quoting, approvals, reporting, and integrations are future-plan targets; demo previews are not promises of production availability.
